Tumbling

Recreational Power Tumbling: A great place to develop and improve your front and back handsprings, side and front aerials as well as your tucks or layouts in a safe and friendly environment. Training is very casual and conducted on the rod floor, fast-track and trampoline. It’s ideal for dancers and cheerleaders and each athlete can work towards individual goals. Double-Mini Trampoline is included to a limited extent.
